5. Visualize results as expression matrix, data table, MA plots, scatter graph, pie chart, line and bar graphs.
6. Sort data by gene identifier, description, average expression, variability in expression, distance from the selected genes and biological parameters.
7. Search data by gene identifier, description and other biological parameters.
8. Curated bio-database related to gene information including that of protein and metabolic pathways.
9. Information management as per MIAME guidelines.
10. Strong database support for tracking every analysis done by the user. Available in standalone and client server models.
